It looks likely that we're going to have sold about 100 Republicans for Voldemort t-shirts within the first two weeks of its availability. I'm damned happy about that. It's a good feeling when you hit with something and other people get it and dig it.

I'm also wondering if we're going to get any notice for it from external sources. Press would be nice, but I wonder what AOL Time Warner or Scholastic would have to say about it. Trademark law being what it is, parody is a difficult defense to use when you're up against big wallets.

I think I'm going to do some research into the political donations those companies have made recently. It might be interesting to see if their political leanings affect their actions.
