wow. How large are the original prints? How do you create this rather psychedelic yet organic imagery?

I study printmaking...intaglio, litho, monoprints...hopefully I'll get around to posting some of my work as well...in the spirit of show 'n tell.

In Response to amy (#383):

I can the original prints any size I want (that just costs money), but I typically do them 7" x 7" for easy postage and hanging.

I rely on Photoshop 6.0 and KAI's Powertools 3, 5 and 6 to make them turn out the way I want to. I usually don't have any image in mind when I first start tinkering around, but sooner or later a pattern emerges that I want to continue to play with.

I though about going into litho's, but I really don't have the time (read: want to make the time) for it right now.

Hope to see your stuff in the [nearish] future.

My name is Nick, but I'm better known as Nundahl on the net, I've created a team of Super Heroes entitled, The Stuper Friends! I've almost completed my first storyline (which I should have killed while it was young) and now I am looking for some exposure, you can check it out at http://www.stuperfriends.com/ then you can let me know what you think either by e-mail, posting here, which I'll check out regularly, or by posting in the official Stuper Friends Forum!

Howdy! ESH here from ESH by ESH [keenspace.com]
Ah, this is my kind of forum...shamelessly plugging our own site, using someone else's resources to do it.
ESH by ESH is an office comic- all based on my own experiences- which, more often than not, involves acts of violence against co-workers. The violence comes from the way I feel like reacting some times.
Enjoy! Drop me a line if you like it!

I feel dirty having my first post be BSP, but:

nerdnyc.com ;
we got a weekly and a bi-weekly(as in every-other not twice) comics right now, a RPG campaign setting, and t-shirts.

Coming very soon are: monthy flash animations, monthy online comic book, an illustrated serial novel, columns, reviews, and a nerd's guide to NYC. Oh, and more t-shirts.

I met the goats guys at UberCon I. We sat across the small merchant area from them, and I mean sat. Not many people showed up and fewer ventured into the merchant ghost town.

You goats guys going to UberCon II? We got a free table since the last one was a bit of a dud. Hope to see you selling things there.

Mainly of interest to UK surfers, but in amongst my other projects I'm organising a little convention first weekend in September, over here in Scotland, that somehow got lumbered with the imaginative title of Scotscon [gloranthagrouse.com].

This week, we've found out that the wonderful Sandy Petersen has agreed to be our Guest of Honour, and will be bringing his brand new Evil High Priest freeform with him. Anyone who doesn't know who Sandy is, should...

Basically, though, anyone who is into Glorantha or Call of Cthulhu and fancies coming along to the con, check the above link for booking details. Turn up wearing a Goats t-shirt, I'll even buy you a beer...

Cheers,
Graham

We're also putting together a fundraiser book. We're nearly done, but still need some more artwork. On the off chance there's a decent artist out there with some spare time, anyone who would like to help should drop me an e-mail. In return for use of your art work, we'll give you a copy of the book...

Hellooooooo everyone. I see that I can post blatant self-promoting stuff here so here I go...

http://www.sorrysports.com

WAIT! Before you blow this off thinking, 'I don't care much for sports!' It's not about sports - it's actually about a group of employees who work at a sports internet site and do everything but work.

....with that said I see everyone who WOULD have clicked on it hoping for sports related hijinx moving on...

I was under the impression that this forum's description is "Webcomic artists, feel free to plug your stuff here and discuss Webcomic-related issues". Did i miss something relevant?

i have made a webcomics list [evoluted.net] that shows when webcomics are updated. the site checks for updates every hour.

you can also download [evoluted.net] a program that sits in your system tray and notifies you when comics are updated.

Hi there everyone !
I want to introduce my new Band "Scientek Basement".
I founded it with a very good friend because we thought that our musical influence would perfectly
fit together. We are coming from Germany, Cologne and we are trying to establish our band in this
city. At the moment we have finished our first album called "Hippies & Terroristen". The styles are
Jazz, Hip Hop, Drum n Bass, Funk, Reagge... ! Please take a look on our site and tell us what
you think about it. Write an e-mail if you want to and give us a little review for our music. I thank
you all very much if you interested in hearing some kind of independent music from a new band. If you
want to take a look at our page :

http://www.besonic.com/scibase

All Songs are for free, including some nice Cover-Artwork from AirTek !

You can also read an Interview made with Besonic at

Or just look at the Walk of Fame area in the News !
