Now Tynic, the bone would get in the way of his "bone", unless he's enjoying the marrow center of it.
It IS inappropriate though.

Strangely appealing. The naive artistic style for the characters seems to match their nascent personalities, while the cross-hatching and unusual curvature of both landscape and buildings effectively sets the scene. I look forward to future installments. Very nice work.
I think this would be much more successful without the narration scrolls. Were I addressing the writer instead of the artist, I would probably suggest letting the reader figure things out (e.g., that Sally and Thumb are orphans) as the story progresses. But with only two pages to view so far, this criticism is minor at best.

I think the scrolls worked fine. It tells us where they are, who they are, and what's going on. You don't always need to learn about the characters & locations when two paragraphs sums it up. I believe it would have taken a while to establish what we know right now.
But that's just my $0.02.

That additional element of mystery is precisely what I would have preferred. But this is really just picking at nits. Which is not meant to suggest that we're discussing louse eggs or candelas per square meter.

You've never heard of a boned ham?
Also, thanks, guys. Comments are duly noted, although whether they are subsequently conformed to shall remain a mystery for the time being. But not for very long! Hopefully we'll be able to stick to a weekly update schedule for this, so stay tuned. Also, check out some of the other comics on the site. There are lots, and they're good.

Any URL which sounds like the name of a toothless supporting character from an 80s Kung Fu movie is going to scare me off, I'm afraid.
Chapter two [teamspecialolympics.com] is up, by the way.

I see. Neither Henry Winkler [jumptheshark.com] nor leather bars really do it for me. In the latter case, it's hard to get into the moment when you're worrying about spilling your drink and spoiling the leather.
Now formica, that's a different story.
