I've seen RStevens blamed/given the credit for Spummy's creation, but he's been used by many of the Dumbrella guys. He is swiftly gaining on Mr. Red Robot C-63 in number of guest appearances (although it is impossible to ever beat RR. If Spummy is a phenomena, then RR is practically one of the wonders of the world.)

The fact of the matter is that, while RR can bes easily distracted with promises of ice cream and love, Spummy's only weakness appears to be defeating him, and that is not a very easy task at all. Jon's best course of action would be to try and out-wit him (which my not prove easy), or possibly attempt to alert T [wigu.com] o [wigu.com] p [wigu.com] a [wigu.com] t [wigu.com] o [wigu.com] to Spummy's presence, if possible, since Topato is one of the few beings that I have ever known to have defeated the 100,000 year old space mummy.
