Poor Fish!!

This letter that Fish is writing is the saddest thing I have ever seen!!! And I have seen "Legally Blond" 4 times, so I can identify with his pain.

Dammit Fish, it's not that bad, seriously!!

And the apples make it even sadder!!! Why oh Why did there have to be apples!!

Is nothing more pure than a remorseful Fish who lives in beer who is around Apples?? It is heartbreaking, I just had to say it.

I shouldn't have been so biting about it though - all in good fun ya' know.

Actually, I think it would have been much much sadder if Fish had been surrounded by troll dolls (in a surprise cross-over, these would be the same troll dolls eventually to be owned by Trina).

That is how it happened on Perry Mason, it is an age-old thing. He only called witnesses who he had determined were about to snap.

For example, if it were to have been a lady who maybe was a race car driver, she would pick clients who did something bad that related to auto-mobiles. Or maybe she is a saucy Italian firecracker who grew up around cars, like in "My Cousin Vinny."

These things happen in real life, my uncle is an attorney.

What I meant was...
In the movie, the only reason the lawsuit is won is beacuse the girl claimed to take a shower after having a perm, yet the perm remained in her hair. This evidence made her win the case, despite her complete ineptitude the rest of the time. If people didn't have a perm in her next case, how does her firm expect her to win?

Okay, I do not understand today's comic. Did Fish eat an apple and tape himself to an empty beer glass? I've seen him walking along the bar out of Beer, so I don't think he's dried up... Is there something more to this apple thing that I'm understanding?

I think, though I could be wrong, and oh how I hope I am, that the cored apple can, by virtue of science and things we dare not understand, absorb moisture through osmosis from things in close proximity. So, Fish is attempting to dry himself out to crucified beer glass death. I think.

Oh, does it matter? Fish! No! Fish! Oh Fish, please! Not our purest, sweetest, beeryist Fish!

The evocative representation of inner innocence and purity while being inundated with corruption was an inspiration. A (semi) intelligent goldfish living in a glass of beer is the absolute most original cartoon character I have ever seen.
