I don't like Fish and I honestly never have. I do like meanness though. Mean people are cool.

Though I do wonder if the Fish persona has the Knack. That would force the two personalities to cooperate even more and also get them out of the slug dimension.

Fish is the bun-bun of Goats. no matter how many extra plot thickening devices, monkeys or slugs Jon thows into the wonderous mix that is the officialy batshit inasane new shiny improved Goats, there will be those of us who spurn the crazy antics, and long for the days when all it took to satisfy the now violence ravaged psyche of our fishy companion was the view from the top of a cute bartendress [goats.com] and a fresh mug of beer. But that was as far as the old fish could go. In order to grow, develop and appear more frequently fish had to change, lest his appearances degenerate into a garfieldesque round of repeating the same three punchlines over and over again.
And that's the Goataku in a nutshell. While we like to be challenged with with our beverages, seeking out new and exciting flavours from the heady fruityness of a pale lambic brew, to a dark antiseptic tang of a peaty single malt, we will still have a place in our hearts and in our glasses for what we know and love.
