Drop the handlebars and the glasses, remove the movie makeup (or just assume movie color profiles are different).

I think the chin is significantly different. This reminds me of one of my profs who thinks that several people look like Ozzy Osborne only without the hair and glasses. He spent 10 minutes discussing this in our philosophy of science class.

Sure...if they had the same chin, hair, ears, and eyebrows. I think maybe if I squint a little bit and tilt my head to the left I can see the similarities.
