You certainly got that from me but I think something doesn't fit. I'll have to wait to see what's coming first...

I think we're all missing the real question: Is Toothgnip working WITH Mendell? After all, he's the one who sent Fish to the Manhole, and he WAS gone for over a year. He could be under Mendell's control, or being bribed by him (maybe Mendell stole the Panties of Potency - we haven't seen Toothy with any females for a while), or he could've voluntarily joined forces with him.

And/Or, Bruce the Sleestak could be working with Mendell. Maybe Baio is in on it somehow too.
