If we were to make a Goats-related action figure, what sort of action figure would you want the most? What sort of accessories would you want it to come with?

I am now cringing at the Neil & Bob accessories that come to mind.

I'd actually kinda like to see Howard the Eggplant and Killer Mutant Eggplant toys.

Or a Phillip doll - but only if it came with real hefeweizen.

I want the whole crew:

Jon - removable beer/phone
Phillip - removable beer/lemon
Diablo - make his legs bendable so as to stand or sit
Toothgnip - make his back legs bendable so as to stand or sit
Neil/Bob - use one mold and call it Neil/Bob with removable gun/hamster (in HANDS!)
Fish - in/out beer mug

Jon - Geek Patrol costume (snap-on or something), drink of choice

Phillip - Geek Patrol costume (snap-on or something), Chaos Pope costume, drink of choice

Diablo - Oliver, almond, Harry Potter books

Toothgnip - sunglasses, Fear & Loathing hat, pipe

(seeing as how Diablo and Toothgnip are both kinda small compared to the other characters, maybe it would be better to include them in the same package)

Neil & Bob - ray gun, koala for head, hamsters, sex dwarf, pimp suits, Arch-Pope costumes

Fish - would probably make a better accessory to go with one of the other characters, but would definitely need a beer mug to sit in

Lori - Beer tap, maybe Fish would go well with her

Twix - shotgun

Megan - Laptop or regular computer

Jerrell - Hamsters, computer

Chessmaster 2000 - Speak & Spell, chessboard (the legal issues for this would probably be prohibitive)

Gregor Mendel - Pea-plant henchmen

You could make "The Peculier 6-Pack", featuring figures of Lori, Fish, Tommy, Siobain, Stephanie, and Lynda. I suppose you'd probably have to get permission from them all though.

Just out of curiosity, where does one go to have action figures made?

This is a really cool idea. I'd definitely buy them.

an action-figure-style fish

With what action?

I still really like the pint glass & life-sized Fish idea. Maybe he could have a little pull string and have 20 or so Fish action-phrases: "Don't ask me, lady, I live in beer", "A bad man ate her head and now she doesn't like to move around", etc.

If I had a pint glass, I don't care what's hanging in it or on it. I'd expect to be able to drink beer from it.

Speaking of which, do you reckon it's possible to make Fish dishwasher safe?

Wouldn't you want to go more for a kinetic trigger?

Such as have a ball bearing in the fish so that each time you drink and put it back down again it jiggles and so closes the circuit and triggers the speech.

Encourages drinking.

I'd buy one anyway (I don't really need encouragement).

Toothgnip should have some panties he can snap on, and some accessory groupies...

Please DON'T give Neil and Bob sweaty-gay-popesex action, PLEASE!

And maybe a bar-room set too.

Actually, Fish could be made to hang on the rim of a beer mug, but removeable for washing. Then you could do the talking Fish thing, but not worry about killing it in the dishwasher AND hang it on any mug you like!

I think some kind of Advanced Dungeons & Hamsters action figurines might be cute, and potentially they would sell well to people who like RPGs and have a sense of humor.
