Zombie Haiku Contest Winners

Tuesday, July 01, 2003 - 01:43 PM

We're happy to announce the winners of our 28 Days Later Zombie Haiku Contest. It was a tough call, but we managed to whittle down the massive crush of entries to just two. The winner for Best Zombie Haiku is timothy's entry:
a zombie is like
dead and falling autumn leaves
that love to eat brains
And the winner for Worst Zombie Haiku is misere's entry:
goddammit grandma
stop crawling out of the earth
don't eat the neighbors
Congratulations to both our winners! You will receive a 28 Days Later Zombie Pack, with merchandise galore and a zombie-themed character sketch. Contact us so we can arrange for shipping and so you can tell us which Goats character you'd like zombie-fied.

But do you ever see a person leave a cathedral toting a to-go box?

Coffins don't count.

I know you've probably already thought of this, and it's probably too time consuming, but wouldn't this be the perfect opportunity for another super advance t-shirt? Like an entire cast as zombies shirt?

Well yes, this would be simply the case, but... perhaps I was just thinking about it too much.

The two chants (ie. die die die 666 fornicate and braaaiiiinnnzz) did not appear to be such a big difference in brain pattern activity. just food for thought really. or perhaps thought for food.

I should definately stop thinking.

Or perhaps a super-advance t-shirt with the winning worst zombie haiku. Featuring a zombifed Mrs Beasley.
