Zombie Haiku Contest

Wednesday, June 18, 2003 - 11:20 PM

As you likely know, we have a certain penchant for zombies here at Goats. So when Fox Searchlight was looking for someone to help market their new zombie flick, 28 Days Later, they came to us. No, really.

So, in association with Special Ops Media, Fox Searchlight, and Brains4Zombies.com, Goats is proud to present the 28 Days Later Zombie Haiku Contest.

It's easy to play: just post a zombie-themed haiku in the discussion attached to this post. On June 27th, the day the movie goes into limited release, we'll pick the best haiku and worst haiku from the bunch. The winners will get a Zombie Pack, including an official 28 Days Later backpack, dogtags, and poster, as well as a zombie-themed character sketch drawn by Yours Truly.

Only 5-7-5 haikus will be considered. You must be a Goats.com registered user (and logged in) to play. We'll contact the winners via this site and via the email address we have on record for you.

Forum moderators, feel free to mod up the haikus you feel are most deserving. Enjoy!
