Howdy all! I'm off for Comic-Con in sunny San Diego in about seven hours or so. For those of you going, come say hello to me and the other Dumbrellians and our friends at Booth 1335/1337. You'll know it's us because we'll be kicking ass and chewing bubblegum, and we've brought extra bubblegum.

If you want to come see the Dumbrella panel, here's the info for that:

2:30-3:30 Dumbrella— Artists from Dumbrella, one of the most popular online comics collectives, discuss webcomics, independent publishing, and subverting popular culture. Feel free to quiz Andrew Bell (The Creatures in My Head), Sam Brown (explodingdog), Jon Rosenberg (Goats), and Richard Stevens III (Diesel Sweeties), along with special guests M.C. Frontalot and Meredith Gran (Octopus Pie), about anything your Internet heart desires. Room 3

So there you go.

I'm bringing prints, pints, action figures, books, handmade wooden fish puzzles, and enough t-shirts for everyone. Bring your wallets, and yes, we accept credit cards.

For those of you unable to make it I'm going to make an effort to twitter the convention, so that might be a good way to keep up with goings-on from a remote location. This will also help me to justify the iPhone I just purchased. I am guessing this little gizmo will replace about 95% of the functionality of the laptop I'm not hauling with me this year.

That said, if you have a customer service request, please consider sitting on it until the 30th. It's unlikely I'll have an opportunity to respond to most emails until at least then. Pictures of adorable kittens are welcome at any time.
