Howdy kids! I'm in Darkest Florida this week, so Diablo has the reigns with five MegaGAMERZ treats for you.
Tuesday's strip has authentic paid placement for the upcoming The Lost Ones graphic novel from Zune Arts. I have not read it, but I understand that it involves young people who get lost in the universe.
They gave Diablo complete creative control over how he incorporates it into the strip! I hope Zune Arts is happy with the choices they have made for their advertising budget.
Barring any schedule-changing events next week's Guest Week will feature guest strips from surprise artists. If the ones I have received so far are any indication it will be a ton of fun. Don't forget to submit your guest strip by June 29th. Thanks!
In totally unrelated news Jeff Rowland is going to be at The Totally Normal Event in gorgeous Whippany, NJ on June 28th. The nature of the Event is a bit unclear to me even after visiting their website but I think it is safe to say that someone there will be dressed in bondage gear and someone else will wear cat ears and a third person will wear a sweater with a giant skull on it for five days straight.
I pity the poor people who will go into comic book stores and ask for the new Gary 'Panther' book. Few things are worse than being laughed at by a comic book guy.
