Like a beerfest, with less beer and more films.

Saturday, November 30, 2002 - 03:30 PM

I was at the pub about a week or so ago, as I am wont to be, and learned that Carolyn, one of the bartenders who's been making fun of us since we started going there, had successfully gotten a film entered into a film festival. Per my request, she dropped me a line with the details:
My film Indian Summer will be playing at the NY Expo film fest on:

Saturday, 12/7 @ 6:30 in the Experimental I program &
Wednesday, 12/11 @ 4:15, same program
award winners will screen again Thursday 12/12.

at Cinema Village Theater, 22 East 12th Street (between University & 5th Ave., closer to Univ.) Advance tickets available day of screening only. Website is www.nyexpo.org .

Thanks for everything,
Carolyn

So first, congratulations to Carolyn for getting in. I'm definitely going to be trying to make it to one of the showings, and I encourage anyone who's going to be in the city to do so too. Word is that judges love it when you whoop and holler during random shorts.

Second, because this post wasn't funny enough...Lemurs!&quot.

Hell, let's face it, we're not responsible for anything; including the things we say, do, or think. And if you sue us because you think we are? Well, we're not responsible for that either.
