ICON was, as always, a seething cauldron of bizarre and mildly unnerving personal interactions. I could never invent characters as strange as the ones we met this weekend, as you can see from Steven's Flickr photoset. Jeff's account of the events is eerily accurate in every detail.
Thanks to all the ICON staff and food service folks who made the weekend such a pain-free occasion. These folks are true professionals who know how to handle the grousing of dozens of guests with inflated egoes and poor impulse control.
REMINDERS: We're still taking pre-orders for Corndog and Fox Lies Constantly shirts through Friday the 30th; this will be your only chance to get the Corndog shirt, I'll be removing it from the store after Friday. The fate of Fox Lies has not yet been decided.
Oh, also, don't forget, this Saturday at 3pm we'll be at the Peculier Pub celebrating ten years of Goats with $3 pints and drinks. Hope to see you there!
