Ain't she cute?
She certainly is. I bet she'll have the Knack.

This is The Bean:

We're expecting The Bean around May 15 or so. Ain't she cute?
I bet she'll have the Knack.
For about 14 years
Just because your daughter learned to smoke sausage before she was out of diapers doesn't mean that's the norm.
Why is there a beer can tab by her face?
Congrats.
Unfortunately, as long as she remains in charge of the taxes, there really isn't that much I can tell her to do.
Why is there a beer can tab by her face?
You realize whose child this is, right?
Finally, I can say here what I said at the Peculier months ago: congratulations, Jon. Enjoy the success of your sperm.
You realize whose child this is, right?
Yes, which is why I was so shocked to see a tab. A cap would be expected, but what swill was she given from a can?
Those of you aware of my peculiarities (pun intended) regarding malt beverages may be surprised that I can contribute here, but...
Guinness comes in cans. Large, unusually-shaped cans with little plastic bits inside, but cans nonetheless.
Also, the Resident Jew concludes that that is no beer tab, but instead a car remote. Apparently she has decided that instead of keeping her mother awake by kicking and forcing her to go to the bathroom at all hours, she will do it by setting off the car alarm. Thus begins the revolution.
Incidentally, I can't decide whether I prefer 'The Bean' to my coworker's new nickname for her own nascent offspring: Teddi Graham. There is a complex story involving the ultrasound tech, I hve never cared enough to pay attention.
To conclude this rambling post: Congratulations, Jon and Amy!
Congratulations!
I hope and believe that she will make you proud in ways you had never suspected she could. Do we have a ballet dancer? A monster truck driver? Or even a productive member of society?
Again, congrats.
Dropping the general snark for a moment, that's awesome, Jon. Mazel tov to you and Amy.
That's really exciting. Congratulations!
Gasp! The Bean is adorable.
I wonder what she will look like when she is...not a blurry sonogram! Surely even more cute.
Congratulations!
delurking for the first time in a long time to say "CONGRATS!"
and also that the wife and I are expecting our first in July, but it's a boy, not a girl.
Congrats!
Any thoughts on names yet, or is that hush hush secret information?
