I think this poll says a lot about your readership.
Why haven't you ordered The Case of Atlantis yet? Is there something wrong with you?
| 86% (1307) | Yes | |
| 13% (196) | No |

Absolutely.
It says that we're intelligent people with a modicum of insight into the human condition.
Or assholes. That's a possibility, too.
Paypal has screwed me over and I am currently unable to use it to purchase items.
Plus, I'm an asshole.
I have no job. This is wrong. It's wrong because I can't afford mr rowland's wonderful book and eating, and I'm too weak to give up eating
I ordered The Case of Atlantis but there is something wrong with me regardless so I was obliged to vote positively. Or negatively, depending on... see what I'm talking about!
I said no, because I have, in fact, ordered it!
But as my finger clicked the Submit button I thought to myself, "I definitely should have clicked 'Yes.'"
There are three things wrong with me, but they're all easy to ignore while I read my copy of TCoA!
After being soundly disappointed with The Case of the Missile Crisis, I'm going to wait and see before ordering this one, if I do at all. I respect a man tryin' to be a real-life cartoonist, but if it's gonna be a year between books I'd like to see something better than what I've seen so far.
Will anyone really be surprised at the results of this poll? Yes, I was. A whole 12% have currently voted No!
Further reading shows that having bought TCoA can sometimes confuse people into voting No when they in fact mean Yes.
I am all right with all that is wrong with me.
OT, I just noticed the "reply" option that appears on the preview of your post. So in theory one would be able to reply to their own post before they even submit it? I'll go ahead and test this now.
Test done, clicking "reply" on an unsubmitted post makes it disappear completely and takes you back to the thread (but thanks to the "back" browser button I don't have to type this again).
A useless piece of curiosity.
