San Diego Updates
Saturday, July 22, 2006 - 12:06 PM
Hey everyone! Thanks to all of you who have stopped by the table so far, 2006 has been an amazing year so far and Saturday's chaos hasn't even descended upon us yet. A few choice updates:
- Tycho over at Penny Arcade was one of many guest stars at our annual pilgrimage to see Alfred here at the bar at the Westgate Hotel (Dumbrella's San Diego accomodations of choice). Alfred prepared a voyage of single-malt scotch for us, with five or so stops along the way (and some side excursions to some wonderful non-scotch-related destinations), and Tycho's elegant post on the evening sums it up pretty well.
- Fleen also has some (briefer) coverage of the hallowed evening (although I cannot seem to reach their site for exact URLs.)
- I've already run out of Infinite Monkey shirts and Impeach Xenu shirts, and most other designs are likely to follow. If you're looking for something specific I suggest you hit the booth as early as possible today.

In Response to 3mj4y (#35286):
I only had 100 flown in for Comic-Con, the rest are coming over from China by boat, so it may be a while. I'll let you know when I have details.

those slow boats can be tricky
sometimes they are loaded with christian refugees or dictatorial bullion for soup...
