Monkey Prints Shipped; Shirts Following Shortly

Thursday, September 08, 2005 - 07:39 AM

Just a heads-up to those of you who ordered Infinite Monkey prints (and any people still waiting on strip prints or original art) that they are on their way to you. Weighted down with a stack of mailers, I made my way to the post office and now they are all winging their way across the world towards you. Do not be startled if they arrive as early as Friday or Saturday for some of you. You international folks may need to be more patient, as apparently distance plays a role in these things. If USians have not received their prints within a week, or Internationalites within two weeks, please email me and we'll sort things out.

They came out pretty damned good, by the way.

Also, before I forget, these were numbered and signed in various states of sobriety. I did my best to make sure everything worked out nice and sequential (I even kept records of who got which number) but mistakes may have been made. If there is an issue with your print, don't hesitate to email me and I'll fix whatever is wrong. There's a link to our contact form at the bottom of every page on the site.

Our distribution guy tells me that the pre-ordered monkey shirts have arrived today in his grubby hands and should be going out shortly to you, the purchasers. If anyone has not received theirs within two weeks, please email me and I will raise a flaming sword of justice in your name.

I actually just received my print. I'm glad I had it sent to my office, because damn that's a big envelope. It looks fantastic though, thanks Jon!

I also got the print Friday late afternoon (and also at work, lol). It's really nice quality, probably about about as good as it gets unless you decide to do mylar laser prints like PvP and PA (but those are somewhat expensive).

My only suggestion would be to sandwhich the print between two corrugated carton panels next time so it doesn't bend or bend during shipping. When I order large prints from Adorama Pix (best photo printing online), that's what they do.

I got my print today (Europe.)

Kudos to you for guessing my birthday/special edition number. Righteous fury to the mail monkeys who delivered the large print through the much smaller letterbox. Anyway, some heavy books which I've never read fixed the bendiness and the delivery was a success!

I have the piece of paper from the post office that says that they have my print, but it was too big to fit in my mailbox.

I meant to go there today, but... +1 pathetic!
