Apparently John Ratzenberger has been elected the new pope. Congratulations, Pope!

Man, I had to do a lot of reading up on the new pope before I realized that it was Joseph Ratzinger and not Ratzenberger.

I have made an error. Apparently the new pope is not Ratzenberger, but Rotzinger [imdb.com]. Let's hope he has better success chasing criminals as the pope than he did as Chief of Police.

You know, it's a little known fact that Pope John Paul II actually died many years ago, and what we've been seeing for the past decade or so has been an animatron. Well, it's been breaking down for the past couple of years; that's why they needed to get a new pope.

That's not new pope smell, that is the smell of burning witches.

Nothing like having a member of the Holy Inquisition for Pope.
