Location:
566 Laguardia Place

Maybe you only damaged one fence, but you had the whole jungle to run over. So, were there any road/track kills? Upset wrestlers?

What scares me the most is that I almost visited the island while I was there this last week.

I wonder if I would have recognized your real life incarnation based on your cartoon...

No, probably not because Jon [goats.com] isn't quite as trim as Jon [goats.com]. And technically, the latter is the incarnation of the former.

You're risking a downmod, you know.

That picture is especially unflattering. I'm by no means skinny, but we look like total fatasses in that one.

Oh, and roadkill count was one tiny, sweet nearsighted bird.

It's just a casual, harmless observation. I meant nothing by it, just pointed out the difference.

First: That's the whole point of drawing your own cartoon, you can make yourself - and the people around you [goats.com] - look however you want.

Second: Pictures are almost always unflattering. I know this from first hand experience.

Third: Cuddly is better than skinny, any day.

Since Jon & Phillip haven't posted about last night's forum, I suppose I'll do the report.

It was a night of magic and majesty, as internet celebrities MC Frontalot [frontalot.com] and the BagofChips creators (Mer [skirtingdanger.com], Josh [stubblecomics.com], and Ian [rpgworldcomic.com]) sat in the audience to soak up the wonder and webcomicker celebrities.

On the dias: Josh Lesnik (Wendy, Girly, and various lesbian porn [slipshine.net]), J-Ro (TV Network Channel & Overcompensating [wigu.com], Jon (uh, here [goats.com]), a bunch of Red Bull, a 40-oz bottle of Bud, and a smoke machine. No good questions, or no way to satisfy the dipshit in the 11th row that kept babbling about semiotics? Turn on the smoke!

It pretty much turned out like you'd expect. Josh isn't that articulate, but he's earnest. Jon is his usual brilliant self (particularly after 3 beers), and Jeff is an artistic super-genius (he shared sketches and ideas from his sketchbook; keep an eye out for Mary Worth!). Nature called, and Phillip filled in for Jon, and then revealed his secret plans for Goats domination. [insert maniacal laughter here]

Afterwards, there was more beer at The Pub, where Stubble-Josh and Ian shared their sketches of the forum action. Hopefully, those will be posted in a form you can see, 'cause they were really good.

To sum: you should have been there. Seriously.

It's the cycle of abuse. She was flamed in-extremis upon arrival, so now takes it out by being even more of an elitist prick than the rest of us. Eventually the scars will fade and she will become jaded and apathetic. By then, a new batch of young journeymen will have enthusiastically taken up the task of newbie-dumping.

Ok, so I saw the same picture before posting (long ago, just because this is my first post doesn't mean I haven't been reading Goats for like forever) and I really didn't think I'd recognize his *ASS* for god's sake. (Besides which, I think I'd have had a hell of a time from my wife if she saw me examining men's asses, for the obvious reason and additionally due to her ex-husband having been a closet gay.)

And I've realized that flaming has a way of feeding back negatively on the flamer and so have given up on that particular activity myself. So, the disease won't propogate through me for sure.
