The whole riddling thing was reminding me of Blaine the Mono, but now I feel much better seeing an explicit Dark Tower reference. It's always annoying to have that nagging "Was that a reference to ..." feeling.

Pedant senses... tingling...

Check Diablo's response in the fourth frame.

Had to bring it up.

I know the answer... I think. It's a rather ingenious riddle really. And quite pretty as well.

Only, that is, if my answer is right.

Become a premium member.

But, really, Super Premium members are much cooler, so you should shell out for that instead.

Hrm.

Jon, you should cook up a perl-generated watermark discretely into the image on load that says which premium member accessed it, so you can trackback and persecute anyone distributing your special goods.

And whomever is spreading the love is an anticapitalist bastard that should rot in hell, devaluing not only Jon's work, but also spitting on those of us that do pay.

and please, no smart-alecky comments along the lines of "you'll just have to pay". i think we've already gone over that option.

Jon has just as hard a time shelling out for things he feels important (such as food, shelter and alcoholic beverages). If you feel he is doing a good enough job on this comic to continue living, I'm sure you can show your appreciation.
