According to a university in a small town with clearly no stake in the claim, the Folate in beer yeast can help prevent heart disease. With info like that, maybe Cheney can get behind some new legislation to reduce the luxury tax on beer. Personally, I'm hoping that, like the income tax, they make it retroactive. I'd get a much nicer refund check from that.
