It must be hard to get that person in the green shirt to stand in same spot with the same clothes every time you make a new bag.
Like a 'size model', does the person get paid to maintain exact proportions?

What sort of fabric are the messenger bags made of? I can't tell from the photo if it's canvas, nylon, or something else?
