Jon looks very odd when bald. I'm not used to it. Yet I can't help but stare at the stubbled visage..

It's not Jon. He has a goatee, therefore he is Evil Jon.

But still, for Evil Jon, he still does look decidedly odd when bald.

and the cigar isn't helping matters, either. Actually, i found the cigar so visually distracting, i totally missed the goatee.

We've seen Evil Jon, and he has no goatee.

That's Jebediah.

I'm guessing that the other three characters all have the same first letter as the normal (though that is not quite the best word to describe them) characters in the strip.

Jon Rosenberg had a goatee in the documentary [goats.com]... Though that was back in '01...

I, too, have a goatee. I intend to grow it long and pointy, like a Tintin villain. But even though I think it suits me, when I stroke it it feels like I have pubic hair on my face. (And not in a good way, either).

This 'hairy despot' wouldn't happen to be a goat by any chance, would it?
