Call it whipped pudding. Tell her it's a dish you got from a BDSM list.

2) there's no pony in that recipe.
Yes there is. Right there at the end, as an optional garnish.

I did forget to list it in the ingredients, though.

Mine's inky but I think it'll be okay once washed. Or once worn down a little bit.

The comic is awesome. And I gave one of the republicans for voldemort stickers to one of my car-owning friends, and he almost choked with amusement. Hurrah!

Whaddya mean? There's no connection that I know of, other than a coincidental one.

Maybe Tor knows. He's apparently got a few loaves of bread under his belt - or so the rumors go.

Or aren't we sposta take the patetic display in recent ATA's literally? ;)
I'm a firm believer that one of the better ways to be devious is to be honest.

Or maybe it's the other way around? I keep forgetting.

So, just because I might choose at some point to speak the truth and nothing but the truth - that don't mean it's the whole truth.

it arrived at my parent's home.

So, there have been a couple suggestions about trying to de-ink the shirts. (Just washing them, iron-fu...) Has anyone had any success thus far, and if so what worked?

And yes, you can read this to mean that (a) I'm too lazy to have addressed the problem yet, and (b) I'm willing to use the more proactive amongst us as guinea pigs.

Latest news from the other side of the pond : my SPEY package just arrived. Wohoo! My t-shirt is fine - perhaps leaving the shirt and/or certificate to dry a bit longer before packing might help - and all the contents arrived this year. The new packaging definitely worked better.

I'll agree with all the positive comments so far - the pack is really cool, especially the mini-comic. Thanks to Jon & Phillip for putting it all together. And thanks to Alamais [goats.com] for giving me an immediate chance to use my newly granted rights.

Scorn.

Cheers,

This is probably a dangerous offer for me to make, but you guys paid for undamaged shirts, and the ink transfer is completely our fault.

If any of you want to exchange your shirt for a new one, let me or phillip know (via email, not the forums) and we'll figure something out for you.

Washing, at least the way my wife did it (however that was), doesn't work.

But mine isn't inked badly enough that it really matters.

And if someone decides to crane in close, to see what that schmutz on my shirt is, well I guess it depends on who does it!

Awesome package. Everything is great. I love the fish print. I was reading the mini-comic in my living room. I had finished it and was watching tv. My father came down and sat on the couch. He picked up the comic and looked at the covers. I thought for a second that he would start reading it. Unfortunatley...he didn't. anyway...thanks for the stuff!

Man I'm not even sure I want to know what that means...

In answer to what the Goats Cooking connection is, back in the days when Goats-Fan was way more than your RDA of pedantry and newbie flambe there was a habit of people posting recipes.

This in turn may (or may not) link back to a fairly long standing use of the net for exchanging recipes.

As Zamphir wasn't on G:tml (I think?) I assume he has picked up on the whole thing just through immersion in net culture.

In short I think it is kind of like haiku, just something that has become part of the net.

Man, still hasn't arrived!
and I desperately wanted to wear a goats tee to the Adelaide Big Day Out on friday.

Oh well. I'll just have to go the usual "bikini and top-hat" route, then.

Oh, and before Zamphir begs for pictures again, I'm not actually going to wear that. I'm really going to go in a Sweetums [muppetcentral.com] costume.

I can only guess what the sweetums costume looks like, as I have been forbidden from seeing it, but how will you possibly get on someones shoulders and flash your boobies at the bands if you have a full muppet costume on? Isn't that tradition for girls to do this at BDO?
Especially if Dave Grohl is playing?

Speaking of which, what is the lineup this year?

Here's the official picture of Sweetums [muppets.com]. He was always my dad's favorite muppet.

Which of those bands in the tour do you really like? I adore Luke Vibert (i've got just about all of his stuff), and he's more commonly known as "WagonChrist"; he's amazingly slick with his composition and production skills, and he's got a ton of hooks on every album. I'm also a fan of Afrika Bambaataa, Felix Da Housecat, and sometimes the Aphex Twin (a.k.a. Richard James). You're sure to have an enviably good time listening to some of those folks.

Please remind me, what region of Australia are you in? Sounds lovely.
