You got a pet rat? Okay, then.

I've got a cat, and a dog. The cat's a mutt and the dog's a Keeshond.

Cat.

Due to the fact that his previous name, 'King Rupert III', was too long, I have reduced it to the simple, one syllable, slightly guttural sound of 'Cat'.

The only time I ever heard of anybody buying an emperor scorpion, she did it for the specific purpose of taking it outside and dropping a rock on it. (It was the only pet store in town, she needed weekly feeder mice, and they kept the damned thing RIGHT NEXT to the register... eventually, the creepiness just kind of built up, y'know?)

I have a Beagle/Rottweiler mix. Strong as a Rottweiler, small like a beagle, dumb as a stump. Goes from Zero to Nuts in 0.2 seconds. Likes to lick the flowers on the wallpaper too. Great dog.

While I'm in LA, my little sister takes care of him.

I had a springer spaniel before... she died about four years ago.

Two tom cats - Cary & Cisco. Also, due to owning two tom cats, the house regularly gains additional pets of a small, squeaky, short lived variety.

Then there's my wife and her stuffed toy collection. Not sure how you want to count that.

Cheers,
Graham

a long tome ago i had many goldfish which all died from horrible dieases in about a week each. The dieases all had names like "the ick". I didn't have the heart to flush them and wanted to bury them, keep in mind i was five, and finally I put them in dixie cups full of water and froze them to be buried later. Many were but i stil find a rotting fish zombie corpses in my freezer occasionally. it keeps things interesting
