Did you see the other movie listed under his name just a bit earlier than this? Baby Geniuses 2: Superbabies (2003) [imdb.com]. a sequel about genius babies starring Scott Baio? Talk about drawing straws...

possibly, unless the straws were of different lengths, or they didn't need any actual straws, just caricatures of them.
