The Chicago Reader has a pretty negative view of the future of alt-weekly comics, and doesn't think webcomics have a future.

Other than the fact that of course Red Meat doesn't make money because it sucks, any response to this?

I don't think the
Chicago Reader has any feelings on the future of webcomics; that last line is a direct quote from Max Cannon, which was a pretty futile thing to say considering that
his website isn't really set up to make money [fleen.com].

Hell, let's face it, we're not responsible for anything; including the things we say, do, or think. And if you sue us because you think we are? Well, we're not responsible for that either.
