Favourite Gpats strip everyone?

My favourite is probably the Diablo the Chicken strip when he was first introduced. Although I like any strip that involves taping babies to the celing.

Without question, it is the color strip where Toothgnip goes to Suzie's apartment and finds her gone. I wrote jon about it when he posted it. It represents to me the best of goats. The detail in the drawing, the emotion of the final panel, the way we suddenly see Toothgnip's character make a quantum leap.

I love it. Go look at it again.

Hmm.... tough one. Every once in a while, there's a strip that stands out, each for a different reason. From a quotability standpoint, I'm partial to the "Pancakes is the better part of valor" strip.

damn you for posting a question which cannot be answered. i have many favorites, but the one that does stand out would be the first strip during Reader Satisfaction Week. that to me, is Goats. a big F-U to the critics and those so-called normal people.

Got to be the one where neil and bob plan to kill Lori using a pirate costume and a lovely sonnet.

This one [goats.com] has always been one of my favourites. I had it on the front of one of my notebooks most of last year, and it seemed to confuse the heck out of my friends. Especially the part about potatoes. Some people just don't get it, I guess... and my friends are incredibly easy to confuse. (-:

I have to say the entire "Jon is Pathetic, part XXIII" series is a favorite. From Pavlov, to "scary and unstable", and "Maybe she...umm...lost her phone", sounds like little snippets from most of my love life.

God, I am so pathetic.

BTW, just for future reference, it's fine to start threads like this over in The Pub [goats.com], which is for Goats-related discussion.

It's fine to have it here in Ring of Fire, too, but I thought you might like to know. No big deal either way.

Well, I've always been fond of this one [goats.com]. I don't really know why... I guess the subliminal messages are just strongest there. [1]

That and, of course, the Subway Series [goats.com]. Hitler, cream cheese, beer, and Patent Pending. gotta love it.

I'd say my favorite strip is when Neil and Bob get the sex dwarf; and maybe the pudding wars; and dungeons and hamsters; and a special mention for when Nippelby says his nipples taste like pennies. It's too difficult to choose just one.

Everyone I've introduced to Goats has been introduced via this strip. Mostly because I'm prone to shouting Diablo's lines in panels two and three at the drop of a hat.

This is getting confusing. The Alcohol discussion in Ring of Fire has everything to do with pub alcohol and nothing to with setting things on fire with alcohol while the Favorite (notice the omitted u) Goats Strip discussion is in the Ring of Fire but should be in the Pub that is consipiciously missing the Alcohol discussion.

I have a soft spot for meat faucets, but then again, who doesn't? I guess I'd still say that the references to meat faucets make any strips including them among my favorites.

Hmm... the Jon and Phillip singing at the bar strips that pop up from time to time can be really funny. In the right mood, I'll just sit around for a few minutes and laugh at one of them. "For the beer without the food, you must whip it."
