Live free, or die.

WASHINGTON - George W. Bush swore the presidential oath for a second term in turbulent times Thursday and issued a sweeping pledge to spread liberty and freedom "to the darkest corners of the world."

If your skin is dark, watch out, because liberty and freedom are coming your way!

In these dark times one can only hope that the majority of people who voted for G.W. Bush (I assume by now they found all those missing W’s on the keyboards in the White House.) get what they wanted. And what that is exactly I have no clue. But if it’s more nation liberating for WMD that don’t exists then I would say chances are good they will all be pleased as punch.

Look at the bright side: At least you get to laugh at his verbal blunders for another four years.

That wacky, wacky Bush.

"The truth will make you free."

In this case, I'm not quite sure what the truth is; but I don't like it.

I've always been a bit indecisive when it came to freedom. People talk about it all the time in the states, some complaining we don't have it, and some saying we do... I'm kind of in the middle. While we do have a partial freedom of speech, and freedom to spend money, we do have the restrictions of laws, morals, and the guys who are bigger than us and could kick the living shit out of us (i know, they have guns for that). But freedom or death? Honestly, this is less of a question of freedom and more of a question of death. We know what freedom is, that wonderful lack of responsibility... but death? We don't know if whether or not death and freedom are the same thing. Perhaps upon death, we reach some ultimate freedom from all things (except death of course) but at the same time, how are we to know whether or not death itself is even free from laws. Perhaps on the other side of life, there exists a world (afterlife) ten times more boring and strict than anything in this life, a stand alone purgatory of cubicles. Freedom or death... meh... I just want a pop tart.

See, if that post made any sense I would have a) been able to read it all the way through and not just skip to the end and b)been able to see what kind of point you were making and then maybe agree on it - because it looked like it might have been profound but then it "collapsed in on itself like a flan in a cupboard".

And I prefer "Cake or Death", personally.

I to made the mistake of trying to read this post and promptly lost all feeling on the left side of my head. You may want to try and keep things down to something coherent for a change. Have a nice day.

PS: I’m pretty sure the “meh” near the bottom of your post stands methamphetamine and this does not surprise me after looking at your posts.

Thank you Deathalicious for your glowing words of support! I feel like a new man. Now this is freedom of speech! Well sort of.

Hell, let's face it, we're not responsible for anything; including the things we say, do, or think. And if you sue us because you think we are? Well, we're not responsible for that either.
